We also help clients to acquire mining assets and plantations in the region.
Methodology
We seek existing income producing properties in emerging markets that have “the right things wrong with them”. Assets that have temporary and correctible flaws such as:
- Poor property management
- Wrong mix of tenancy
- Low occupancy
- Lack of maintenance
- Under capitalization
- Lack of marketing
We help clients reposition and repackage these properties and turn them into higher yielding assets with higher capital appreciation.
